Building AI that reduces engineering burnout, not just MTTR
Veloix Technologies Private Limited is a software company in Pune, Maharashtra. VeloOps is our first product.
On-call should not mean losing sleep to alert fatigue
Veloix Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in 2026 in Pune, Maharashtra, to build practical AI tools for engineering teams running production infrastructure. VeloOps is our first product.
It started from a pattern we kept seeing on the other side of the pager: a bad deploy fires nine near-identical alerts for the same underlying failure, the on-call engineer spends the first twenty minutes just figuring out what changed, and by the time the actual fix happens, the most expensive part of the incident is already over — and nobody is measuring it.
The tools available to most teams were split between two poor options. Static threshold alerting was predictable but noisy, paging the same person for the same failure from five different checks. Generic AIOps platforms were fluent but opaque — confident dashboards with no visible evidence behind the conclusion, which is not something you can hand to an engineer mid-incident.
VeloOps takes the middle path. It correlates the anomaly against your actual deploy history and infrastructure changes before it generates an explanation, shows the evidence and confidence behind every root cause, and groups related alerts into a single incident instead of paging your team nine times for one failure. That is a less dramatic pitch than a platform that claims to fix everything automatically, and it is the version engineering teams can actually trust at 3am.
Our mission
Give engineering and DevOps teams the same quality of AI-assisted incident response that the largest platform organisations build in-house — without the dedicated observability team, the six-month rollout, or the enterprise contract.

The principles behind the product
These are the trade-offs we make when a product decision is genuinely difficult.
Evidence over guesswork
A root-cause summary that sounds plausible but points at the wrong service is worse than no summary. Every explanation is grounded in correlated evidence — deploys, infra changes, dependency failures — and the confidence is shown, not hidden.
Useful on day one
Setup is a connector, not a migration. One-click connect to CloudWatch or Datadog and baselines start building within minutes — no agents to deploy and no engineering sprint before you see value.
Your data stays yours
Your logs, metrics and incident data are used to monitor and analyse your own workspace, and nothing else. We do not use customer telemetry to train models shared across accounts.
Built to reduce burnout, not headcount
The goal is fewer 3am pages for the same underlying failure, not fewer engineers. On-call should mean judgement calls, not manual correlation work a machine can do in seconds.
A small team in Pune
We are early, deliberately small, and close to the people using the product. If you email us, someone who works on VeloOps reads it.
